Sign in to confirm the account you want to delete. This removes your app-specific knowledge buckets, saved app knowledge items, app knowledge chunks, active tokens, and access for this HelixScribe app.

This is permanent. Once the request succeeds, the deleted app-specific account data cannot be restored from this form.

This deletion form is locked to the Run Smart app key.
