HelixScribe Apps Terms of Use

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

4. Content and AI-Generated Outputs

Some HelixScribe Apps use artificial intelligence to assist with content creation, analysis, recommendations, automation, or other tasks.

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated information.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving any outputs before publication, distribution, or reliance upon them.

You remain responsible for any decisions, actions, or content produced using the service.

5. Intellectual Property

HelixScribe, HelixScribe Apps, associated branding, software, designs, and platform content remain the property of their respective owners.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the service, subject to any rights necessary for us to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Features may be modified, added, removed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Maintenance, updates, testing, technical issues, or third-party service failures may affect availability.

7. Third-Party Services

The service may integrate with third-party platforms, APIs, websites, or software providers.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, policies, or actions of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

8. No Professional Advice

Information, content, recommendations, reports, analyses, and outputs generated through the service are provided for general informational purposes only.

Nothing within the service constitutes legal, financial, accounting, tax, medical, regulatory, investment, or other professional advice.

Professional advice should be obtained where appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelixScribe Apps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of the service.

Our total liability relating to the service shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service where necessary to protect users, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, or address breaches of these Terms.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
